This assessment tool is operated by LTS Global, a consultancy specialising in laboratory operations and automation advisory services. We are the data controller for the personal information collected through this tool at ltsvaluecase.co.

2. What data we collect
When you complete the AIDE Automation Readiness Assessment, we collect:
- Work email address — required to access your results
- Organisation name — optional, provided by you
- Job role — optional, provided by you
- Assessment answers — your responses to the readiness questions
- Assessment results — the readiness position and signal analysis generated from your answers
- Consent preference — whether you opted in to being contacted
- UTM parameters — if you arrived via a tracked link, the source, medium, and campaign values
We do not collect any special category data (such as health, financial, or biometric information), and we do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

4. How long we keep your data
We retain your assessment submission for a maximum of 24 months from the date of completion. After this period, your personal data is deleted from our systems. Anonymised, aggregated results may be retained indefinitely for research and service improvement purposes.
5. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your data is stored on secure infrastructure provided by our platform provider and is accessible only to authorised members of the LTS Global team.
6. Cookies
This tool uses a single session cookie to maintain your authentication state while you are using the application. This cookie is strictly necessary for the tool to function and does not track you across other websites. It expires when you close your browser. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking technologies.
7. Your rights
Under UK and EU GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Rectify any inaccurate data
- Erasure — request that we delete your data
- Restrict how we process your data
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing
