The AIDE Automation Readiness Assessment (the "Tool") is made available by LTS Global at ltsvaluecase.co. It is designed to help laboratory professionals evaluate their operational readiness to invest in automation. By accessing or using the Tool, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. Indicative results only

The results generated by this Tool are based solely on the answers you provide and are intended as an indicative guide, not a professional recommendation or validated diagnosis. They do not constitute advice of any kind, whether operational, financial, legal, or otherwise.

LTS Global makes no warranty, express or implied, that the results accurately reflect your organisation's actual readiness or that any particular outcome will follow from acting on them. A full Discovery engagement with LTS Global is required to validate findings and develop an actionable plan.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Tool only for its intended purpose. You must not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce the assessment logic or scoring methodology
• Use the Tool to collect or harvest data about third parties without their consent
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the Tool's security or functionality
• Use the Tool for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others

4. Intellectual property

All content, design, assessment questions, scoring logic, and methodology within the Tool are the intellectual property of LTS Global and are protected by applicable copyright and other laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use LTS Global's name, logos, or trademarks without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LTS Global accepts no liability for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising from your use of or reliance on the Tool or its results. This includes, without limitation, any business decisions made on the basis of the Tool's output.

LTS Global reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Tool at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the Tool will be available continuously or free from errors.
